Edit – The leaker has come out & openly acknowledged of the leaks as being unreal and just concepts. The moto as being cited by leaker is that he wanted actual info on WP8.1 to leak out and below things would have acted as trigger for that which though did not happen in reality.
Are we looking at the first leak of Cortana on Windows Phone 8.1 ? .. this is how it looks, if we are to believe the leaker WPLeaks. Cortana in over-laying form.
