While this is not the only probability but the chances of Lumia 1020 getting the Lumia Cyan update next are very high and this is just not any assumption as ‘Telecom Italia Mobile’ i.e. TIM (Italy) over their official Twitter account has confirmed that Nokia Lumia 1020 will be getting the Lumia Cyan update on 7th August.

The most important thing to note here is that TIM Mobile confidently says that it will be available for all Lumia Phone within two weeks. If this turns out to be true then it’s party time 🙂
