Some 18-19 hours back, we saw Opera start taking sign-ups of beta testing its upcoming Opera Mini app for Windows Phone and mere hours later it happened that the beta testers list went full. This was expected considering the excitement surrounding Opera Minis arrival on Windows Phone.
