Microsoft has just unleashed a beast of an app ‘Lumia Moments‘ for the owners of Lumia 1520, 930, Icon and 830. The app puts to practice the feature Microsoft has been boasting to come with the Lumia Camera update.
Lumia Moments allows you to create a perfect picture or an action shot from the videos already shot or from 4K Moments (4K recording coming with Lumia Denim for 1520, 930, Icon & 830 users) captured by you.
While the app description mentions Lumia Denim as mandatory, the app works fine with Lumia Cyan too

With Lumia Moments you can extract great action shots from your videos or 4K Moment shots on your Lumia (or full HD shots on the Lumia 830).
Use Best Frame to find pictures and save them as Living Images, then see them brought to life in the camera roll or Lumia Storyteller. Action Shot lets you add a strobe effect to show action or add blur to emphasize motion.
