While our last post was a brief on Windows 10 in general for Phones, PCs, Tablets & Xbox, we would like to share with you about Windows 10 for Phones in this post in detail.
Windows 10 for Phones
- A new look Start screen with semi-transparent/translucent tiles and true background support
- Brand new touch optimized Office Apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote and Outlook) for Phones and Small Tablets .. completely free! These new Office apps will be pre-installed for free on phones and small tablets running Windows 10, and available to download from the Windows Store for other devices. The Office universal apps will be available with the Windows 10 Technical Preview in the coming weeks
- A completely new email client in the form of Outlook for all devices powered by Microsoft Word engine for rich formatting options. Use gestures to delete (swipe left) or flag mails (swipe right).

- All new Calendar app Universal experience just like other apps

- First look at Office for Windows 10 in tablets
- The all new browser codenamed Spartan with Cortana integration wont be available for Phones in the Technical Preview build releasing in Feb. Same holds true for PC too (will not be available in Consumer Preview releasing this week).
